ODDPEOPLE is designed as a way of taking a trip among people.  It’s a journey to discover the imagination of people that shifts its focus on the crowd, on festival hunters. Because people want to look at themselves they can’t help looking at each other. ODDPEOPLE’s calling is to mingle with the crowd. We are trying to reveal the human cross-section, the theatrical company of one life moment act: “incredible lunar characters, cosmic travellers, glassy stared girls, artists, wrinkled mystics dressed in shabby clothes, psychedelic Bedouins in a sandstorm, improbable pilots”. Enumerating and attesting styles and costumes of a whole group of people that have chosen to identify with a social group rather than with another. No matter what kind of roots, such as music, wine, political views, drugs or anything else, brings them together. What remains for us is a precious story of what unites us and of what has once brought us together. Stories of how these tribes change and evolve continuously, how, from this never-ending transformation, new criteria and aggregative rituals arise, new stylistic elements to follow, new characters to add to the gallery.
